J. Grant Lincoln is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Gaming Management. The Company was launched in 2009 with the acquisition of Baldini’s Sports Casino in Sparks, Nevada, with the vision of Strategic Gaming one day being the preeminent operator of quality gaming assets in the Midwest and Mountain West, United States. Today, Strategic operates four properties across three states to include Sparks, Nevada, Deadwood, South Dakota, and Sunland Park, New Mexico.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Gaming, Mr. Lincoln led the acquisitions of Baldini’s in 2009, Silverado-Franklin Hotel and Gaming Complex in 2023, the Deadwood Mountain Grand and subsequent sale of all real property to Gaming and Leisure Properties (NASDAQ: GLPI) in 2024 and most recently the operations of Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino in 2025. With over thirty-five years of industry experience, Mr. Lincoln is responsible for all aspects of leadership across operations and business development.

Prior to the formation of Strategic Gaming, Mr. Lincoln was the Founder of Century Gaming and guided the business through a period of explosive growth resulting in the Company becoming the largest regional slot route operator with over 10,000 games and numerous acquisitions.

Mr. Lincoln currently resides in Missoula, MT, with his wife Jennifer and two children.
